A Findhorn Foundation Special Event
2–8 July 2016
40th Anniversary of the Game of Transformation
The Planetary Game is a large-scale version of the Game of Transformation. Born here 40 years ago as a way of representing our approach to life, the Game is one of the most creative impulses to come out of the Findhorn community. Today players and trained facilitators engage with the different versions of it in over 40 countries around the world, and the box Game has been translated into nine different languages.
The Planetary Game involves up to 120 participants in five Playing Areas. Focused around a life-sized Game path on the floor, it has been described as a form of sacred theatre which:
  • provides an exciting, multi-dimensional opportunity to work creatively together to bring insight, healing and direction to areas of both collective and personal concern
  • amplifies both personal and collective issues, engaging our hopes and dreams for a positive future, highlighting strengths and resources, and pointing to new directions
  • reflects current limiting patterns and their underlying causal dynamics, giving us the opportunity to reshape them
  • allows us to connect with and honour our individual paths and contribution within the larger whole, while also engaging with collective issues and challenges in today's world
Each participant will choose one of the Playing Areas to work in, formulate an intention that is personally meaningful, and select a role to play. Each Playing Area represents a key area of engagement. As we are all involved in all of them, collectively we will deepen into each of them and learn from the interplay between them.
Costumed participants representing the Playing Areas use a die, free will or intuition to move along the path on the floor. Different squares present opportunities for interaction, growth, breakthroughs, recognition of shared strengths and challenges, and learning from one another's work.
Although there is personal growth, insight and healing, the Planetary Game is played at far more than just the personal level. Its effectiveness depends on our capacity to recognise ourselves in one another, to see the world within ourselves and ourselves within the world, and to respond accordingly. It requires us to take responsibility for being co-creative participants in the wellbeing of a wholeness larger than just our own.
Do come and join us for this special event as we bring collective wisdom to both personal and global issues, explore our interconnectedness, and engage our capacity to generate positive pathways and presence in these extraordinary and exciting times.

-lai atrastu angliski un krieviski runājošu Rīgā mītošu tulku...es pēkšņi atcerējos par kādu meiteni, kas pati mīl Transformācijas spēli, lieliski pārvalda abas valodas un ir rīdziniece (apgaismības lauciņš);

The Solo Transformation Game. What? How? Why?

The Solo Transformation Game responds to any challenge with a creative and empowering solution. In response to a Playing Focus, the Solo Game traces your individual path, offering clarity on personal issues, highlighting those areas where you are experiencing major growth and providing a clear picture of your options for change.
It can:
  • identify limiting patterns and help you to clear major energy blocks.
  • enhance your inner strengths and aspirations.
  • enable you to face your fears and challenges with fresh insight
  • help you gain greater self awareness, acceptance and respect
  • bring directions to decisions.
The Solo Game also provides clear feedback on your current use of intuition and free will, helping you distinguish the subtle but significant differences and refine your responses.

I have experience with playing the Transformation Game in a small group. How it differs from SOLO version?

Actually a Solo version of the Transformation Game is the same Transformation Game, only one player. The Game uses the same play field, the same card deck and similar rules. Rules are quite similar, just changed so that the player could go deep as possible due to reveal his/her intention as wide as possible.This version of the Game requires both the player and the facilitators much more intense and more sensitive work, as is the group version with 2 or 6 players. The Solo version of Transformation Game could only Innerlinks accredited facilitators who have successfully mastered the specially designed program.

When  play the Solo version of Transformation Game?

First of all, playing the Transformation Games it is always event full of discoveries and growth-empowering - whether it is a group or an individual (SOLO) version. As always, the Game main motive is the intention.
In cases where a player has the desire ...:
  • deeper work directly with a personal intention and  focus more directly on his/her-self;
  • the intention seems to be too personal and intimate to share it with other players;
  • to improve his/her emotional intelligence (especially recommended skill for managers and leaders);
  • play the Game, when there are no other players for the creation a group;
  • play the Game, when there is limited time limit (max 3h)

... it is possible and, even in some cases, recommended to play the SOLO version of Transformation  Game.

Transformation Game Solo version training /31.10.-02.11.2015./

Additional training for already accredited Transformation Game facilitators

Working with the Transformation Game with only one person as a player is very different from facilitating a Game for a whole group.  For the Solo Version the rules on numerous Life Squares have been modified, in order to meet the specific requirements of facilitating one player only. Besides the different rules, the learning process for the Solo player is more intense and needs to be held, supported and furthered more comprehensively and on a deeper level.

In the additional Training for the Solo Version of the Transformation Game, facilitators will learn how to work with the adapted rules, discover how to boost the growth process for their player and improve their coaching competencies (which of course will also benefit facilitations skills, when working with a group of players).

Training will covers:

  • Technical procedures on the different Life Squares;
  • Practice Games;
  • Discussions, case studies, questions and answers;
  • Further training in the areas processing and coaching;
  • Personal development
